Who you're agreeing with
lodestar is published by Innov8ive Labs, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company trading as Innov8iveLabs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using lodestar, you agree to these terms.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, these terms govern the parts specific to lodestar.
What lodestar does
lodestar is a remote control app. It connects directly to media server software you already run on your own hardware, such as Radarr, Sonarr, NZBGet, SABnzbd, and qBittorrent, and lets you monitor and manage those servers from your iPhone. The app itself downloads no media and hosts nothing; it sends commands to servers you operate.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Radarr, Sonarr, NZBGet, SABnzbd, or qBittorrent projects. Product names are used only to describe compatibility, and remain the trademarks of their respective owners.
Your servers, your responsibility
lodestar requires servers you already own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for those servers: their configuration, their security, the content they handle, and the lawfulness of how you use them. lodestar is a remote control; what your servers do is up to you, and you agree to use them, and lodestar with them, only in ways permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
Compatibility is not guaranteed
Server software changes: versions, APIs, and settings differ, and the projects update them without notice. We test against current stable releases of the supported services, but we cannot promise lodestar will work with any particular server version or configuration.

Purchase and free tier
- lodestar's free tier is fully functional for one profile with up to two services. Everything beyond that is unlocked by a single one-time lifetime purchase. The current price is shown in the app before you buy.
- There is no subscription. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase for the lodestar app. "Lifetime" means the life of the product, not a guarantee of perpetual future development.
- All purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details. Restore Purchases in the app reinstates an existing unlock on a new device.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly. If lodestar does not work with your servers, contact us and we will help you get it working or point you at Apple's refund process.
Acceptable use
Use lodestar only with servers you own or are permitted to control. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer and liability
lodestar is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the operation, content, or legality of the servers you connect it to.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of lodestar is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Privacy
lodestar collects no personal data. See the lodestar Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
